Mental Health Nurses
• Psychiatric Nurses based within General Practices aimed to provide free support to GPs in their existing role of caring for patients with severe and chronic mental illness.
• Providing assessment and free, unlimited ongoing treatment, medication, compliance, linkages with other services.
